The Lin Family: A Three-Generation Taiwan Feng Shui Lineage
Why Three Generations of Practice Matters
A single generation of success could be circumstantial. Three generations of sustained, verifiable practice across more than 30 years — with a documented client base spanning Taiwan, Malaysia and Singapore — constitutes a level of credibility that no recently established operator can replicate. The Lin family's three-generation continuity is one of the most meaningful indicators of genuine expertise in the Sheng Ji market.
The Family's Southeast Asia Presence Since 2004
The Lin family's reach extends beyond Taiwan. Master Lin Zhi-Ying was engaged by Yuan Zhong Xiu in Malaysia and Singapore in 2004, establishing the family's reputation across Southeast Asian Chinese communities. Master Lin Jia-Hua has been regularly invited to Singapore for teaching engagements in recent years. This regional presence is why the family is trusted by Chinese clients from multiple countries.
Master Lin Zhi-Ying: Second Generation (Born 1958)
30+ Years of Practice Since 1986 — Key Career Highlights
Master Lin Zhi-Ying began formal client consultations in 1986 and has practised continuously for over 30 years. Key career markers: radio programme host (Zhu Ren Broadcasting Station); television astrology programme host (Global TV); engaged by Yuan Zhong Xiu Malaysia and Singapore in 2004; founded Zi Xin Ge Destiny Hall in Kaohsiung in 2005 — described as the only 'ultra-five-star' destiny consulting hall in southern Taiwan; recognised as one of the 'Global Top 100 Yi Studies Figures' by the International Yi Studies Federation in 2006.
Academic Breadth: East and West, Ancient and Modern
Master Lin's expertise spans: traditional Chinese Ba Zi (Four Pillars), San Yuan Feng Shui, Zi Wei Dou Shu (Purple Star Astrology), Yi Jing, Liu Ren, Tie Ban Shen Suan, and Qi Men Dun Jia. She additionally studied Western astrology, Vedic astrology, and Indian destiny systems. This cross-system depth allows for multi-perspective analysis that single-system practitioners cannot offer.
Published Works: 5 Professional Reference Texts
Master Lin Zhi-Ying has authored five professional Feng Shui reference works: 'Qian Kun National Treasure Dragon Gate Eight Formation Illustrated', 'Xuan Kong Six Method Secrets Illustrated', 'Xuan Kong Flying Stars Commentary', 'San Yuan Di Li Xie Zi Method Revealed', and '100 Feng Shui Dangers You Must Know'. These texts are used as references within the professional Feng Shui community in Taiwan.
Master Lin Jia-Hua: Third Generation — Ordained Taoist Master
Taoist Ordination: 2007, by the 64th Zhang Tianshi
Master Lin Jia-Hua's Taoist authority to conduct Sheng Ji ceremonies derives from a specific, verifiable ordination event. In 2007, he was presented by the 64th Zhang Tianshi (Zhang Yuan-Xian) to the Wan Fa Zong Tan and formally ordained as a Taoist Master within the Jing Ming Zong Lü Shan Pai Xuan Yi Men lineage. His Taoist name is Lin Yi Chan. This ordination by one of the highest Taoist authorities in the tradition provides the ritual legitimacy that makes his Sheng Ji ceremonies spiritually valid.
Career and Public Roles
Since his 2007 ordination and opening of a Zi Xin Ge branch in Kaohsiung's Meng Shi Dai, Master Lin Jia-Hua has: served as a resident Feng Shui consultant at Zi Xin Ge; appeared as an expert on multiple Chinese-language television programmes; served as inaugural chairman of BNI Kaohsiung Central City Fu Da Chapter; served as president of Kaohsiung 300-E2 District Lions Club (2016–2017); and regularly given talks at banks and civic associations in Taiwan and Singapore.

The Fu Gui Shuang Quan Dragon Vein Plot
Formation Details: Guanyin Mountain Origin, San Tai Xing Summit Star
The Fu Gui Shuang Quan ('Wealth and Status Double Complete') plot was identified by Master Lin Zhi-Ying using her full range of Feng Shui expertise. The dragon's origin is at Guanyin Mountain; it enters the site at Wu Gu and forms the San Tai Xing (Three Terrace Star) configuration, with a perfectly rounded and upright summit star. Classical Feng Shui texts state of this formation: 'Even without becoming top scholar, at least third place' — confirming the plot's official-rank qi.
Water Configuration: Three-River Counter-Current — Speed-Wealth Formation
Externally, the plot receives the Danshui River, Dahan River and Xindian River in a counter-current configuration. Classical texts address this directly: 'Counter-current water to the hall — become a black-cap minister' and 'Gather all source waters — descendants buy all land in the world'. Both references confirm the formation as one of rapid, high-magnitude wealth generation. This is why financial improvement is consistently the most strongly reported outcome among clients.
